Once they arrived they educated me about the process, once done he went over the safety checklist, fireplace safety and overall fire safety when operated a wood burning fireplace. I needed two chimneys inspected for an upcoming home sale. They were able to come out the next day. They showed up on time and were both polite and professional. Provided us with certs for both chimneys and prior to leaving even reviewed some basic fire safety with us such as making a proper escape plan. Like I said, these guys are pros! I was not sure if it was safe to do so since I had not had it cleaned. So nice to be able to lite a fire on a snow day!!!!!! Pete was very respectful of my home, he used drop cloths to keep everything clean and was even kind enough to lite the fire for me which was especially helpful since I had not lit one before myself.
